What does a WallJet cost?
WallJet Studio is EUR 8,900, Business EUR 10,900 and Pro EUR 12,900, all excluding VAT. Delivery is from EUR 290 within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg. Your written quote shows the full total.
How do I pay?
50% deposit by bank transfer when you accept the quote, and the 50% balance after you approve the test-print video of your own machine.
Can I see the machine print before I pay in full?
Yes. Before delivery we print your own design on the machine you are buying and send you the video. You pay the balance only when you are happy with it.
How long does delivery take?
The lead time is stated on your written quote. We confirm the date with you before we ask for the balance.
Do I need experience?
No. Training by video call is included. Most of the work is preparing the wall and the image file, and we teach you both.
What can it print on?
Painted walls, plaster, brick, concrete, wood, tile, glass and metal, indoors. The UV-LED ink cures instantly. For dark surfaces it prints a white base first.
Is the ink locked to the machine?
No. The ink comes in refillable bottles without a chip. You can buy it from us or from another supplier.
Is the machine CE marked?
Yes. Every machine we deliver carries CE marking and comes with an EU Declaration of Conformity and a user manual.
What warranty do I get?
24 months on parts. Wear parts such as printheads, dampers and wipers are excluded. Support is by email and video call on business days.
Do you sell to private customers?
No. We sell to businesses only, and all prices exclude VAT. Within the EU, outside the Netherlands, a valid VAT number means we invoice with reverse charge.
Can I lease the machine?
We do not lease machines ourselves. Many buyers finance through their own bank or a leasing company; we give them the quote and documents they need.
