Privacy notice
This notice explains how Wall Jet ("we") handles personal data on walljet.eu. We are the controller for this data.
What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, work email, company, country, and, if you give them, your phone number, VAT number and message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that follow you across websites.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep records of quotes and sales: our legal obligations, including tax law (article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).
We do not send you newsletters or marketing unless you ask for them.
Who receives it
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
- Google Cloud (region Netherlands, europe-west4), where we store quote requests in our own database.
- Our email provider, which delivers our replies.
These providers act on our instructions. Where a provider may access data from outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a sale: 24 months after our last contact. Data on quotes, orders and invoices: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@walljet.eu. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
