Ongoing maintenance: Website hosting, security and portfolio updates EUR 150 per month (excl. VAT)

Managed hosting, SSL, software updates, speed optimization and uploading photos of your newly printed walls to your website gallery each month.

Good for: Keeping your website fast, secure and updated with fresh local project photos without touching any tech yourself.

Payment

50% deposit when you accept the quote. 50% balance after you approve the test-print video of your machine. Both by bank transfer (SEPA). Your quote shows the exact amounts.

Delivery

We deliver on a pallet to your business address. The lead time is stated on your written quote. You can follow every step by email.

Delivered on a pallet to your address. From EUR 290 excl. VAT to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg. Other countries are priced on your quote.

Training

Live training by video call is included: set-up, levelling the rails, preparing files, printing and daily care. We stay with you until you print on your own.

Warranty and support

24 months warranty on parts. Wear parts such as printheads, dampers and wipers are not covered by the warranty and are available from us. Support by email and video call on business days.

CE marking and paperwork

Every machine we deliver carries CE marking and comes with an EU Declaration of Conformity and a user manual. We do not ship a machine without them.
